How are ePaper subscriptions billed?

You can pay for your ePaper Subscription monthly or on an annual basis using any major credit card. The charge on your credit card statement will show as Postmedia Digital Sub Toronto ON.

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance every 30 days and are renewed automatically.

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full 12-month period.

How do I manage my ePaper subscription and billing information?

  1. Visit https://tj.news/ee-redirect?id=1 and sign-in.
  2. Click on the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the website and select My Account
  3. Select the Subscription tab
  4. Once there, you will be able to view and manage your subscription(s)
  5. To update payment information, scroll down past the subscription history until you see the Payment Method section.

How do I receive my Digital News Subscription Tax Credit?

As a TJ.News Online access subscriber, your subscription qualifies for the Digital News Subscription Tax Credit. You can claim the total amount you paid for your Postmedia Digital subscription during the year 2023.You will automatically receive your Digital News Subscription Tax receipt emailed to you in February 2024. Yes! Online Access is included with your Home Delivery Subscription To activate your unlimited Online Access, email brunswicknews@postmedia.com or contact Customer Service at 1-800-222-9710.

What do I do if I forget or want to change my ePaper password?

  1. Visit tj.news and look in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Sign-in and then Forgot Password above the password box
  3. Enter your email address and click Submit. This will send you an email with a link to reset your password
  4. After clicking the link, you will be prompted to enter and reconfirm your new password
  5. Click Submit and your password will be updated

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time.If you are a month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month or annual subscriber and cancel your subscription prior to your subscription expiry/billing date, you will not be issued a refund. You will continue to have access to online publications, until your expiry date.

The ePaper is an electronic replica of the print edition, including all stories, sections, photos and ads. ePaper provides all of the in-depth coverage and features found in our print edition. ePaper allows you to magnify text for easier reading, and share stories with friends.

What is the ePaper?

The ePaper is an electronic replica of the print edition you can view on any device, share and comment on. Sections and supplements are laid out just as in the print edition, but complemented by a variety of digital tools which enhance the printed newspaper's look and feel.

When I go on vacation, can I put my ePaper subscription on hold?

Since the ePaper is available from any device anywhere in the world,you can enjoy it even when you're away. (Please note, it is not possible to put your Online Access subscription on hold.)

How do I manage my Online Access subscription and billing information?

Please follow these steps to manage your account online:

  1. Visit tj.news and look in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Sign-in to sign into your account. Once you are signed in, you can click My Account
  3. Select Manage My Subscription under My Account
  4. In the Telegraph-Journal Online Access box, click Manage
  5. From there, you will be able to manage your subscription (Library tab) and update your payment information (Cards tab) among other options

An Online access subscription provides you with unlimited access to TJ.News, including nationalpost.com and 15 more news sites with one account. Specifically, this includes access to these online publications: Calgary Herald, Calgary Sun, Edmonton Journal, Edmonton Sun, London Free Press, Montreal Gazette, Ottawa Citizen, Ottawa Sun, Regina Leader-Post, Saskatoon StarPhoenix, The Province, Toronto Sun, Vancouver Sun, Windsor Star and Winnipeg Sun.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you are on a pre-authorized monthly payment plan or pay every 3, 6 or 12 months and cancel your subscription prior to your subscription expiry/billing date, you will not be issued a refund. You will continue to have access to online publications, until your expiry date.

    Log into your account by clicking on the sign in link on the top right corner of our site.

  2. Click on forgot password

    To reset your password click on the Forgot Password link.

  3. Enter your email address

    In the dialog box that opens, enter your email address and proceed to check your email to receive a reset password link.

  4. Reset password link via email

    Click the Reset your password link in the email to be directed to password reset page.

  5. Set a strong new password

    Enter a strong new password. Making sure it’s at least 10 characters long with a mix of letters and numbers, as well asa special character.

    * Please note, acceptable special characters that can be used are $, %, #, @, &, *

  6. Reset password

    Once you’ve entered a strong password with at least 10 characters, upper case and lower case letters, at least one number and at least one special character, continue by clicking Reset Password.

  7. You're all done!

    Use your updated password to sign into our site.

Does my print subscription qualify for the Digital News Subscription Tax Credit?

As a Brunswick News print subscriber, your subscription includes Online access and ePaper. If you are registered on our site, and have your email on your account, you qualify. The maximum amount you can claim is $14.99 per month, plus 15% tax, for each month you received home delivery subscription was active in 2023. Postmedia’s QCJO number is Q9469016. Home delivery subscribers can get the newspaper delivered to their door 3 days a week. Home delivery subscriptions include unlimited access to TJ.News along with 16 more news sites across Canada with one account. Subscription includes access to National Post ePaper, an electronic replica of the print edition you can view on any device, share and comment on. To subscribe to home delivery, call 1-800-222-9710.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You may cancel your home newspaper delivery subscription at any time. If you are a month-to-month, 3-month, 6 -month or an annual subscriber and cancel your home newspaper delivery prior to your subscription expiry/billing date, you will not be issued a refund. You will continue to have access to online publications, including ePaper, until your home newspaper delivery subscription cancellation date. Any subscription billing or payment inquiries must be brought to the attention of the Telegraph-Journal by contacting us at 1-800-222-9710 within 90 days of the charge date to be eligible for investigation and / or possible refund or credit. No refunds under $10.00 CDN.
